Location Very low hospitality at check-in. Very unfriendly also heared from other guests. Furthermore, rooms are very old fashioned ('60 revival), but clean. |

Beds just fine for me. Very quiet location, pleasant surroundings in the city. Bathroom/shower a touch old-fashioned; showerhead too low for me when standing in the bath. |

Reasonably easy to get to and from the station and centre. Nice bacon and rolls for breakfast. Soft towels. Bathroom was very dated, room rather basic for a 4 star , not Deluxe at all for the price. One Reception staff rather abrupt when I asked for tea making stuff. No decent tea in breakfast. |

The Hotel was in a central ocation to where i wanted to be. If you had a choice of other hotels i would be staying at the Amrath. The beds were too soft. The shower was not hinged to he wall securely. |

Spaciousness of the junior suite. Location was good. I was amazed to see that such interior still exists in these times. The last time I saw a bathroom like this, was when I bought an old house and immediately wanted to change the bathroom. The interior (includings beds, tv, etc) was very outdated and requires a significant refurbishment. |

not very much at all, aprt from convenient location appalling state of maintenance, poor room facilities for a 4 star hotel, unhelpful staff, not interested in our feedback and no feedback procedures offered even on request |

Fairly central. Noisy radiators. Curtains cover the front of the radiators unless you make the effort to force them behind (not easy). A waste of good heating energy. |

parking was a proble, you have to pay from 9 AM in the mroning, but you can only pay with a Dutch Chipcard, no possibility to pay with money. |
