The location was central Very basic for 258 euros for 2 nights. One night was 70 euros new years eve was 188 euros. I do not think the hotel was good value for 70 euros let alone 188 ! Paid extra to check out late and were woken up before check out time twice by staff telling us to heck out/clean room!!! |

the receptionist when we first arrived was very helpful and gave us good directions to places to go nearby some of the breakfast food was off (i.e. fruit salad), cheese was dry, no toaster, yogurt wasnt cold enough....the tables were not cleared properly when plates were finished with.. |

Clean, modern, good breakfast, good location, wireless internet in room for free. Paid for a double even though I was a single traveller as price difference wasnt much but after reading other reviews I did not want a room in the basement. Room and bathroom were nice, smallish but i've had much smaller in Amsterdam for the same money so I was pleased enough. Staff were not unfriendly, but not exactly friendly either. Seems pretty standard in European budget hotels, they dont get paid much, so as long as they are not unfriendly i'm not really that bothered. |

the good position near the centre I reserved on the web site a romantic canal view doble room for two nights, but unfortunally, the first nignt we slept in the down floor because no disponibility for romantic canal view room...but I paid for this kind of room!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

the location the staff attitude. very impolite.we came down to breakfast at 9- breakfast was until 10 or 11 but there was no food left and the girl at the desk had the nerve to blame us that we have already eaten.also there was a third folding bed in the room that took all the space but they would not remove it. |

they should have tea or coffe in the room, because to far to go to coffee shop. I had a problem if you did not want to spend time in your room you had nowhere to go or sit for a while |

Superb location. Room was small with fairly basic furnishings but very clean. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good quality bathroom with plenty of hot water. |
